The trainers are approachable and helpful. All of the data used was from an excel spreadsheet. So the beginner and intermediate Power BI courses are not going to help in querying data from your work's databases. SQL might be a better thing to learn for that. Power BI has a lot of flexibility. Students should come prepared with what data manipulation they will need to perform at work, and ask questions about it during the course.

I did the Excel Beginner course even though I'm probably more intermediate, but I still got a lot of value out of it, learning some things I didn't formally know, including many shortcuts to make work life so much more efficient. My teacher was Michael and he was a great communicator who is personable with amazing knowledge of Excel and was happy to answer any questions, even ones that were a little more advanced than for the beginner course. I'm definitely interested in doing more of the Excel courses and would recommend to anyone looking for training for themselves.

Training started a little slow and by the end of the day it was being rushed to fit everything in.A little disapointed there was not a proper coffee machine only instant and for the money paid for the course, only a pack of buscuits was provided for morning and afternoon tea.

I attended the Beginner Power BI course with Jason C as the instructor and found that it was well set out and well paced so that information was given, used and explored. There was enough time for questions whilst also allowing for breaks outside the classroom to conduct 'work/personal admin' and back inside to learn more. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked in for the Intermediate class to learn more.

Easy to get to and parking close by.Training was good for a beginner course.Feedback on the training...* would have been nice for the trainer to wear a headset for remote trainees to hear better* before starting - would have liked for trainer to have trainees introduce themselves and note what 'knowledge' they have of the app/reason for attending* the approval PA flow section didn't work to email during the course, which was disappointing as we couldn't see if it was built correctly and if not how to correct it.
